The RBA Healthcare Council gives healthcare professionals the opportunity to network, collaborate, share best practices and advance their careers. They are welcome to further broaden their skills and networks by attending the RBA Marketing Council and other Councils, as well.

The Group was formed in 2013 to promote and support the human resources functions in RBA member businesses. The group’s mission is to “to educate and discuss pertinent, timely HR and legislative issues which affect your day-to-day functions and HR operations.”
The Group will meet quarterly – summer off – and will have speakers who provide information on HR topics such as our Jackson Lewis Legal Updates, legislation, policy and HR planning topics. Participants with their HR certifications can obtain credits toward their recertification by attending these meetings. Group members have also been involved in advocacy at the state level sometimes working with the regional SHRM chapters.
